Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will secure your date and time with your desired bounce house. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before set up.

What are your delivery and set-up fees?

We offer free delivery within 15 miles of the zip code 73003. After 15 miles delivery will be priced at $2 per mile. If your delivery is more than 50 miles please contact us to ensure that we are able to deliver to your location.

How does delivery and set-up work?

We guarantee delivery and set up at least an hour before your event. Depending on the time of your event delivery and set up could take place up to 5 hours beforehand. We will contact you prior to your event to discuss delivery and set up timeframe and details.

What is your cancelation policy?

If you must cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable, but may be used towards a future booking.

In the case of weather-related cancellation (rain, wind, or ice) you may choose a new date (Please note that we do not guarantee your new date will be available.), or receive a refunded deposit. If there is a chance of bad weather and you wish to continue with setup, we ask that you carefully follow our weather policy requests. Note that full payment will be taken and no refunds given after the inflatables have been set up.

What is your wind and rain policy?

Jumpin Jones and Co is unable to set up inflatables outdoors if there is rain at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have a backup plan for if rain moves into the area before set up takes place. We will not set up if wind speeds are higher than 20 mph at the time of set up. In the case that the inflatable is set up and rain or winds 20 mph or higher enter the area we ask that you have all jumpers exit the inflatable, turn the blower off, and set the blower in a safe, dry space. The inflatable should be left deflated and staked into the ground.

Where can the houses be set up?

Set up can take place on grass, turf, concrete, or inside. The inflatables can not be set up on rocks, gravel, dirt, or sand.

Please ensure that the dimensions listed will fit within your space and that there is access to an electrical outlet or generator prior to booking.

Do you offer balloon garlands?

Yes, we are happy to offer this service! Please visit our “Pricing and Services” page for more detailed information on balloon garlands.

Please note that balloon packages require an additional non-refundable deposit, totaling 50% of the balloon package price. This is to cover the cost of materials.
